Keepset

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

Keepset is one private place for everything you own. It is built so your information stays on your iPhone. Keepset does not collect any data about you.

What Keepset keeps

Your keepers, entries, photos, scans, files and voice recordings are stored on your iPhone. Keepset has no account, no login and no server. We cannot see your data.

What leaves your iPhone

Only what you choose:

What Keepset never does

No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data. Voice transcription, text reading and suggestions run on your iPhone using Apple's on-device features.

Permissions

Keepset asks for the camera, microphone, speech recognition, Face ID and notifications only when you use a feature that needs them. Photos and contacts you pick are shared with Keepset one at a time through Apple's pickers; Keepset cannot see the rest of your library or contacts. Keepset does not use your location. You can change these at any time in iOS Settings.

Deleting your data

You can delete any entry or keeper in the app, or use Settings, Data, Delete all data. Deleting the app removes all data stored on your iPhone. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove Keepset's iCloud data in iOS Settings under your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage.

This website

This website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may keep basic server logs.

Children

Keepset does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
